Retired Social Worker, Department of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) living in New Jersey. In addition to a Masters in Psychology, Adjunct Professor and 36 years of experience in service to families and children in child welfare, Coleman is soundly grounded in community service and astutely aware of disparities in services available to children and families and the impact of lack of services in their lives. Coleman is dedicated to assisting Government agencies and nonprofits in strengthening services to families.

Presently, as the CEO of Real World 624 LLC., consulting firm Coleman works with Government and Non profit agencies throughout the country to strengthen their systems, develop operational tools and provide insight to help line staff assess the needs of families. Coleman assists agencies in self evaluation of services and strategies in building systems and assessing service needs virtually and in person.
Coleman is certified in Domestic Violence against women, Child and family team meetings, Managerial Leadership training, Trauma informed therapy, Solution based casework and Statistical data support programs.
